Cancellation Policy

Standard changes: Cancellations and rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date and time. Requests made 24+ hours in advance can usually be adjusted at no extra charge. Less than 24 hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you must call our office to request the change. Same‑day or last‑minute changes may not be available and may be subject to a service fee. Service fees: A cancellation or rescheduling fee may be applied for changes made within 24 hours of the appointment, missed appointments, or situations where our crew arrives and cannot complete the work due to conditions on site. The fee amount depends on the time reserved and preparation already completed for your job. Communication: All schedule changes are considered confirmed only once you receive a call, text, or email back from our office. If you do not receive a confirmation, your original appointment time remains in place.
